URGENT HIRING : SUPERVISOR
· College graduate of any 4 years course; preferably Business or IT related courses
· With at least 3 years of experience in the same function
· Must be highly motivated with a keen sense of orderliness and good attention to details
· With good communications skills and can work under pressure
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Must possess leadership skills and ensure his team performs tasks with high quality and on a timely manner
· Good stress management and peoples skills
· Must be computer literate; knowledgeable with MS excel, word, office, etc.
· Male/Female; 27-35 years old
· Oversees the operations of business centers (usually remote monitoring but travel to other sites may be required from time to time)
· Ensures that service levels are met by handled sites/offices
· Generates reports and necessary documentations for all business centers handled
· Manages and rates manpower performance based on KPIs
· Escalates service requirements to Canon and/or Philam technical support groups
